Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, 888 Ten Studio retains copyright and ownership of photographs created by 888 Ten Studio.

Viewing, purchasing, downloading, receiving, or otherwise obtaining access to a photograph does not transfer copyright or ownership.

Any permission to use a photograph constitutes a license limited to the uses expressly authorized by 888 Ten Studio.

Copyright information, watermarks, embedded metadata, attribution information, or Content Credentials associated with a photograph may not be intentionally removed, altered, or obscured.

5. Website Images and Portfolio Content

Photographs displayed on public portions of the Website—including portfolios, articles, featured work, event coverage, and other publicly accessible pages—are provided for viewing only unless a download or other use is expressly authorized.

The ability to view, save through a web browser, screenshot, link to, or otherwise technically access an image does not constitute permission to reproduce or use that image.

You may link to a publicly accessible page of the Website provided the link does not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with 888 Ten Studio.

6. Galleries and Third-Party Services

888 Ten Studio may use third-party platforms, including photography gallery, fulfillment, payment, or delivery services, to provide portions of the Website experience.

Reasonable cropping or resizing necessary for personal display or social-media formatting is permitted.

Downloading or receiving an image does not grant commercial, organizational, promotional, advertising, editorial, resale, sublicensing, or merchandising rights.

8. Organizational, Commercial and Editorial Use

Unless expressly authorized, photographs and other Website content may not be used by businesses, brands, schools, athletic departments, teams, clubs, leagues, booster organizations, event organizers, publications, media organizations, sponsors, or other organizations for their own purposes.

This includes use in advertising, marketing, official social-media accounts, websites, recruiting materials, publications, fundraising, sponsorship, merchandise, signage, promotional graphics, editorial content, or other organizational or commercial communications.

Permission granted to an individual depicted in a photograph does not automatically grant usage rights to an organization with which that individual is affiliated.

Commercial, editorial, promotional, and organizational licenses may be available directly from 888 Ten Studio.

9. Social Media and Attribution

Where personal social-media use has been authorized, attribution to @888tenstudio is requested whenever reasonably possible.

Attribution does not create or expand a license and does not make an otherwise unauthorized use permissible.

Specific attribution requirements may apply to separately licensed commercial, editorial, promotional, or organizational uses.

10. Modification of Photographs

Unless otherwise authorized, photographs may not be substantially altered, manipulated, recolored, filtered, composited, or used to create derivative works in a manner that materially changes the original photographic work.

Reasonable resizing or cropping necessary for an otherwise authorized use is permitted unless specifically restricted.

11. Artificial Intelligence, Data Mining and Automated Collection

Photographs and other Website content may not be scraped, harvested, systematically downloaded, collected, or incorporated into datasets for the purpose of developing, training, fine-tuning, evaluating, or otherwise supplying artificial-intelligence or machine-learning systems without prior written permission from 888 Ten Studio.

Nothing in this section prohibits ordinary automated functionality necessary for an authorized user to access or use the Website as intended.

12. Purchases and Orders

Products, prints, downloads, licenses, or services may be offered for purchase through the Website or through third-party providers integrated with or linked from the Website.

Prices, availability, specifications, shipping terms, and fulfillment options may change without notice.

An order is not considered accepted until it has been confirmed by 888 Ten Studio or the applicable fulfillment provider.

888 Ten Studio reserves the right to cancel or refund an order when necessary because of pricing errors, availability issues, suspected fraud, technical errors, or circumstances that prevent fulfillment.

13. Prints and Physical Products

Color, brightness, cropping, paper characteristics, and other aspects of a physical print may vary from how an image appears on a particular screen.

888 Ten Studio cannot guarantee the quality, color accuracy, longevity, or other characteristics of photographs printed by third-party laboratories selected independently by the customer.

Any applicable return, replacement, or damage policies presented at the time of purchase also apply.

14. Private Galleries and Access Credentials

Certain galleries or Website areas may require a password, PIN, private link, or other access credential.

Access credentials are intended for authorized recipients and should not be publicly distributed unless 888 Ten Studio has authorized such sharing.

You may not attempt to circumvent gallery protections or gain access to photographs, downloads, or other content for which you have not been granted access.

15. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Website may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites and services.

888 Ten Studio does not control and is not responsible for the availability, security, privacy practices, content, policies, or operation of independent third-party services.

Gallery availability is not guaranteed indefinitely. Users who are authorized to download photographs are responsible for maintaining their own backups after delivery.

While 888 Ten Studio makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information and reliable Website functionality, we do not warrant that the Website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from technical issues.
